History
Federated Home & Mortgage Co., Inc. was formed in 1960 when two young
businessmen with common goals and a dream to build and serve, agreed to join in
an adventure. Since 1960, this company has developed, built and managed
over 20 major franchise hotels and over 2000 apartments along with office buildings
and commercial establishments.
The company's
major effort has been the development of Pennsylvania's first planned community
known as TOFTREES in State College, Pennsylvania, as well as apartments hotels
and restaurants.
A highly renown Toftrees development is the Toftrees Resort Hotel, Conference
Center and Country Club with a 4 Star 18-Hole Championship Golf Course, which
overlooks the future Toftrees Corporate Park site.
Federated will continue to participate in developing the new
Toftrees Town Shops, Hotels and 4 1/2 star Golf course.
Federated is participating as an authorized agent with
Axesnetwork, a custom smartcard solutions company. The Axesnetwork
smartcard is the most advanced, secure smartcard in the world.
